Our quality control team performs detailed inspections at two critical stages of production:
1. Raw Materials Inspection (Chemical Purity)
Before mixing begins, we verify the integrity of the materials that form our bricks:
Chemical Inspection: We conduct thorough chemical inspections of all raw materials used in the mixing operations.
Purpose: This process ensures that the primary components comply with the exact specifications required by our German production technology, laying the groundwork for a chemically stable and uniform final product.
2. Finished Product Testing (Endurance Strength)
Once the thermal treatment (autoclave process) is complete, the final product is physically tested:
Endurance Strength Tests: The ready product is subjected to specific endurance strength tests using a specialized testing press.
Benchmark: This testing verifies that the finished brick achieves the required mechanical properties, specifically confirming its crushing strength is not less than 150 kg/cm2
