Our commitment to quality begins with our machinery. We operate a state-of-the-art production line supplied and installed by the renowned German company Oerbaach Voro. Key assets include:

• A 600-ton hydraulic press manufactured by Germany’s Broch Schloesser, one of the world's leading press producers.

• Advanced pressure vessels for the thermal treatment process, operating at 16 atmospheric pressure to ensure optimal strength and composition.

Due to significant capital expansion, our production capacity has grown to 70 million bricks annually, positioning us to reliably meet the growing demand for sustainable and high strength building materials.

Quality & Compliance

Every sand-lime brick we produce adheres strictly to Egyptian Standard Specification No. 42 of 1980. Our quality assurance process is continuous and rigorous, covering every stage from raw material to finished product:

• Chemical Inspection: Detailed analysis of raw materials used in the mixing process.

• Endurance Testing: Finished products undergo strength testing to certify a minimum crushing strength of 150 kg/cm2.

• Performance: Our bricks deliver exceptional fire resistance (2 to 4 hours) and highly consistent dimensions.
